Draft contracts for the purchase, sale and/or lease of properties in Mexico.
Draft contracts for the purchase, sale and/or lease of properties in Mexico.
It is important that a contract not only specify the transaction to take place, including a full and detailed description of the property, the items within the property that are included in the transaction, the price and the schedule of payments if applicable. There are other issues that must be addressed in a contract, such as tax issues, the Notary Public to be used, the inscription of the transaction in the Public Registry if applicable, among others. These issues vary depending on the transaction and the property itself.
Should you need to have a contract drafted, at Amigo Country we have the experience and knowledge to draft a contract that will keep you protected and will ensure a smooth transaction.
Keep in mind that for a transaction in Mexico to be valid, the documents, including the contract, must be in Spanish. However, many of our clients do not feel comfortable with the documents in Spanish, and for this reason Amigo Country can provide a translated version in English as well.
