Translation of documents from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish.
For a Real Estate transaction in Mexico, the Spanish version of a contract is always the valid one. However, many of our clients like to read the equivalent of the document in English and understand what it says. In these instances, Amigo Country will translate the document to English and provide our client with a printed version in English. Many of our clients even prefer to have the two versions, English and Spanish, side by side on the same document. At Amigo Country we are more than glad to do this for you.
Sometimes we have found that a client wants to have a contract drafted for the sale, purchase or lease of a property or for another business transaction in Mexico. In these cases, if our client does not speak Spanish or is not comfortable with legal documents only in this language, we will make a note of what our client wants and draw up a document in English. Once this document is approved, we will translate it into Spanish, and it will meet our client’s requirements.
